** MARTY **

Marty is an ex feral but he is more than ready to find his forever home. He loves his cuddles once he gets to know you and demands attention. He will take some time for him to bond and trust his new family but once he has gained your trust he is a very friendly boy. Marty could live with other cats along as they are introduced slowly once he has had time to settle into his new home. He could live with children 14+ who understand to give him space and time to settle in
He is a lovely boy and deserves a nice warm snuggly bed to curl up into and a safe garden to explore. Marty would like to live away from busy roads so he can explore outside safely.
Could you be Marty’s forever home?

** DAISY **

Daisy is one of our gorgeous senior ladies looking for a very special home.  Daisy is 15 years old, & is a sweet, gentle girl.  She has been with us too long now, & really does deserve to spend her golden years in a home of her own.
Daisy does have a little foible, that any adopter will need to manage when she first arrives.
Daisy will do her daily toileting in the garden, but will not use a litter tray, so her initial settling in period will need to be carefully managed to give her regular access to a SECURE garden to avoid too many accidents while she settles in, (having an introduction room with a solid floor may be advantageous too).   Ideally, she could have access to a cat flap when settled so she could just come & go when she has settled in.  We would never usually suggest letting a cat out to toilet straight away, but our darling Daisy is a portly girl & has never been known to jump more than 3 inches!  Of course, we will discuss this in more detail with anyone enquiring about her.
Daisy does also have the thickest undercoat, so does need regular grooming too.  Her excess fur makes excellent bedding material for the local birds.
As far as we know, Daisy has never lived in a house, she was living in her owners shed before she came to us, & has had her own little heated outhouse while she has been with us, so she may need to be carried back into the house a few times a day until she is confident enough to know she is allowed in & not expected to stay outside.
She is shy with strangers, & does not like being picked up & carried, but does enjoy being fussed & groomed once she knows you.  Daisy needs a quiet home.  She could live with other laid-back cats, but not with dogs.  She would be perfectly happy as an only cat & would make a lovely companion for someone willing to put in a little effort with her at the beginning.  We just adore her, but she really needs a person/people of her own now.
If you think you could offer Daisy the home she deserves please email us or message us on Facebook including your address in the initial message.  Thank you.

** CHARLOTTE **

This is Charlotte one of several cats trapped at a poultry factory. She is approx 5 years old, has been spayed and blood tested and chipped and is just waiting for a new home. Charlotte is going to be a keen hunter so needs a home that can accept presents she brings along. She will spends hours watching the wildlife through the screen doors and twitching with delight. A country home would be her ideal away from busy roads. Although, a bit of a loner she could live with other cats but is unlikely to pay much attention to them, and doesnt fight. Being ex feral she is stranger shy but will soon learn to trust the hand that feeds her. She needs time and patience, as they all do, so a quiet home will be her ideal. Do get in touch if you would like to meet her.

** TIM **

Meet Tim. He is a little monster. He is very spoiled & likes his own way. But, he can be very cute when he trusts you & likes to sit on your lap for loves & cuddles. He also likes to play with & chase his toys. Tim is about 2 years old, neutered & chipped. He really needs to be an only cat unless you have a very laid-back cat that is not phased by anything & will not retaliate when Tim winds them up, or a bomb-proof kitten! Tim does currently share a room with 2 other cats that he does love, but he is very happy to wind them up & then screams like a girl when either of them gives him a wallop! He also gets very jealous when they have their cuddle time!
Because Tim is a feisty little ratbag, can play rough & can be a bit of an ankle biter, we will not home him with children under 14. We are sure he will grow out of this when he has more space & attention & when he is finally allowed outside to play & get rid of some of his energy, so a safe outside space away from busy roads & other potential dangers will be a must, as will a sanctuary room while he settles in. He is a very clever little man with the vocals & temperament of the Egyptian Maus from which he is descended.
Tim really just needs to be adopted by someone/s who wants a kitty to be the center of their world, who is happy to put up with his kitty tantrums & spoil him rotten! Ideally within the Ipswich area. If interested, please email fosterer directly at andreagrenfell@hotmail.com including your address so we can check outside space. Thank you.

** KALI & KOKO **

Kali and Koko are approx. 10 months old.  These sweet, shy little sisters are ex-ferals, looking for a quiet home together in/around the Ipswich area.  They have calmed down a lot since arriving with us a few months ago.  They are still timid, but they will let us fuss them when they are pottering around & enjoy being fussed when they are chilling in their beds sometimes rolling onto their backs for gentle tummy rubs.  Kali (Black) & Koko (Black & White) are little cuties.  We don’t doubt that in a quiet home, where they will be allowed to relax & be given the time to settle in slowly, they will blossom.  As they are both a bit daft, we are ideally looking for an adult only home.  Any adopter/s will need to have a sanctuary room that the cats can have as their own, with the door shut for as long as is needed for them to settle in, before being introduced to the rest of the home when they are ready.
They will need access to a safe outside space away from busy roads & other potential dangers etc once they are ready to go outside.  Chipped, neutered, flea/worm treated, this pair are about ready for the perfect person/family to fall in love with them & offer them the forever home they deserve.
If you have any questions, or feel you could offer them the home they need, please message us or email us with your enquiry, including your full address.  Homecheck & adoption donation apply.

** BILLY & HESTER **

Billy and Hester are approx. 10 months old, are a gorgeous shy little pair of ex-ferals, looking for a quiet home together in/around the Ipswich area. They have calmed down a lot since arriving with us a few months ago. They are still timid, especially Billy (Black & White) who is a bit of a loo laa! Hester (Black) will let us give her fusses when she is pottering about, but Billy will still only let us give him fusses when he is chilling in his bed. They are a gorgeous chunky little pair, with the softest fur.

** MR PAUL & SCARLETT **

Mr Paul is one of the cats trapped down at Ipswich waterfront a few months ago. He has now been neutered, blood tested and chipped and has been estimated to be approx 4 yrs old. He is extremely tame now and is a bit of a trip hazard and happy to be picked up and put on your lap. Mr Paul would like to be rehomed with Scarlett. Scarlett is another lady trapped at the Waterfront. She is of the same approx age as Mr Paul, spayed and blood tested and not yet as confident as Mr Paul. Although although shy, she is sweet and when warmed up enjoys a head scratch.

** PRETTY KITTIES ** These little exferals are now ready for a new home. 2 little black boys, and 1 little lady. They are now approx 8 months old, all neutered , chipped and blood tested, just waiting for a new start in life. The final three of a large colony trapped late last year.. Although still shy of strangers, they are settling nicely and just waiting for a new owner who will give them the time and patience they need to adjust to a new home. Being shy they need to be homed in a pair or a trio, as are more confident with other cats in the home. If you would like to meet them do drop us an email, with your address and some info about who lives in your home.

** NATHAN & NELLY ** Nelly and Nathan are brother and sister from a feral group recently trapped. They are approx 7 months old, brother and sister, now neutered and chipped and ready for a new home. Still shy of strangers, but great with other pets. They will need a patient owner, willing to give them plenty of time to resettle, with a safe room in which they can have to them selves until confident in their home. Do send us an email if you would like to meet them, with your address and some info about the home you have on offer.

** GIDEON ** Our beautiful boy Gideon will soon be looking for a very special home. He came to us as a found stray, although he actually was owned. He was in a poorly way and needed to urgently see a vet.
He had a nasty abscess in his mouth and had to have some teeth removed. We hear that he is 15 to 16 years old. Sadly he had not been neutered or chipped, and tested positive for FIV, so now needs an indoor only home. He is back in the vets on Thursday for another dental and then he will be ready for a new home. His vet bills are now racing toward £600 but life is more important than the money, and we will see to all his needs. If you can give Gideon his forever home please send us an email with some info about your home and your address.

** TOBY **

Our Toby is now waiting for a new home. He came in with several other cats who’s owner had sadly died. They had been fed by neighbours but needed to be removed from the property. Toby was the first arrival as he was in a very poorly way. He had suffered awful injuries and was in urgent need of vet treatment, which sadly had been delayed. His wounds were all very infected and we did wonder on a couple of occasions if Toby would ever see his Happy ending. He spent several weeks with our vet having his wounds flushed and receiving much needed TLC. Toby is estimated to be a young lad of approx 3 years old, now neutered and chipped and blood tested for FIV and Felv, which miraculously he was clear of. He needs a very special home, where he will be pampered for the rest of his days. He could live with other cats that are cat friendly, and older children. His vet costs totaled £3000, but a small price to save his life, and see him now as the happy, healthy boy he is.If you would like to meet this lovely boy, do get in touch. Email us with some info about your home and your address.

** TRAMP **

This dear old chap is Tramp. He has lived as a known stray in Debenham for many years and evaded capture. He appeared in my garden a few months ago looking very bedraggled and limping, a very sorry state. Thankfully, he very quickly went into a trap for a tasty treat. Tramp spent a day in our vets being fixed up and neutered and chipped, and amazingly tested negative for FIV and Felv, he has been living rough for around 10 years. He is now a reformed character and needs a very loving home. Tramp needs a home where someone is home most of the time as he just loves a lap, a biggish lap would be ideal. He likes to do a bit of sucking and paddling whilst on his chosen lap, such a big baby. Tramp could live with another cat and older children, but may not be too pleased to share his lap space. If you can offer Tramp his perfect home please get in touch. Do send us an email with your address and some info about your home if you would like to meet this lovely boy.

** ALBA AND STAR **

Born 21/07/21. Spayed and neutered. Microchipped. Beautiful semi-long haired cats. Litter trained. Very feral-savvy home needed! Despite being in foster care for a while, we still can’t touch these two, so a home that is happy to be patient and understanding would be perfect for these two kittens. Alba (black and white female) is really showing signs of warming up, but Star (tabby male) will need a while yet as he’s very timid. We feel they have reached a plateau with us, and that being in a new home might give them that push they need to warm up to people. It is so rewarding to earn the trust of a feral cat. They really are house cats now, and aside from not wanting cuddles yet they really are happy cats who enjoy games, treats, and plenty of time to nap! In the future I’m sure they’d love to have access to the outdoors too. They’d be great in a quieter home, or families with older children only as Star is strong and when scared can threaten to smack. It’s just because he is a worried boy and this may stop when he warms up to people. They have met our two cats and were very interested in being friends, especially Alba. They haven’t been dog tested but have seen our dog and weren’t too bothered, so a very cat-friendly dog may be okay too.

**BOBBY AND PHYLLIS** Bobby is a 2 year old black and white domestic shorthair and Phyllis is a 2-3 year old Tabby and white domestic shorthair. This gorgeous bonded pair are looking for their forever home together. They are neutered and chipped, fiv and felv negative. Aptly nicknamed they railway cats these two were living dangerously close to the train line, they are now looking for a safer life with a warm sofa to curl up on. Bobby and Phyllis are looking for a quiet home where they can gain a bit of confidence. This she but friendly pair love a tickle once they get to know you. They do not hiss or bite but will shy away when startled or scared. They are looking for a child free, dog free home away from busy roads. They could live with other cats. Once they have settled they would like a safe outside space to explore. Bobby and Phyllis will make an amazing pair of pets. Could you be there second chance?

** GRACIE AND LACEY ** Gracie and Lacey are sisters of 3 and a half years old. Both neutered and chipped. They came to us from an elderly couple who sadly could not manage their many animals, and have since died. These girls were the last 2 we took from the home, having evaded us on our first visit. They seemed to live under a bed upstairs and did not show themselves at all. Unfortunately I did have to drag them out, poor girls they were terrified. Although very shy, they have no malice and never show any aggression. To date they have been indoor cats but would probably like to explore outside when they are resettled. They lived with many other cats and 2 elderly dogs, so do not have issues with other pets. They have never seen children so do need an adult home in which to settle. Could you give them a home?

** TEO AND TALLULAH ** Teo and Tallulah are siblings of approximately 2 and a half years old. They are both neutered and very bonded so need homing together. They began life as feral kittens, who we homed into what we believed to be their forever home. Sadly, with the arrival of a puppy, they have ended up back in rescue. They are shy of strangers but have now started coming out of their shells and would love to get back into a home. Tallulah was very overweight on arrival here, but has now slimmed down to a healthy weight. Do you have a quiet home, with no dogs that could accommodate this gorgeous pair.

** RESERVED ** Meet Monty, a very handsome chap, trapped a few months ago on an industrial site in Stowmarket. He was an entire tom cat when he arrived, but has now been neutered, blood tested and chipped. We do believe that our Monty must have once had a home as he has learnt to trust us very quickly. He is estimated to be around 18 months to 2 years old. Monty gets along with anyone and could very happily live with other cats. Such a lovely boy.

** ROGER**
Roger is staying with one of SARs fosterers. Roger has recently arrived with us via Heathrow, off a plane from Cairo.  He was found in a terrible state in the middle of a very busy junction in the centre of Cairo.  Thankfully he was spotted by a rescuer who grabbed him, got him to safety, & gave him the care & love he needed to get him fit & well again.  Roger was clearly a domestic cat who had most likely been put out on the street to his fate, once he was not a cute little kitten anymore, which sadly, is very common in Egypt.  Lucky for Roger his fortunes turned & after lots of hard work, he is now a UK citizen (with an Egyptian kitty passport!) & is now ready for someone to fall in love with him & offer him the forever home he deserves in/around the Ipswich area. We believe Roger is about 3 years old now, he is neutered, chipped & vaccinated.  Roger is a gorgeous boy, a total love bug & wants lots of fuss & attention.  He would be happy as an  only cat, but would live with other laid-back kits, we would not home with a dog as not dog tested.  He could live with well mannered, cat savvy children over 5 years old.  Roger would want access to a safe outside space, away from busy roads, train lines, etc once settled.  If you think you could offer Roger the forever home he deserves, please message us or email fosterer direct to andreagrenfell@hotmail.com including your full address.  No telephone enquiries please.
Please note home check, & adoption donation apply.

** KITTENS ** We have 3 kittens that will soon be looking for a home & ideally, we would like them to be homed together.  Once old enough, they will need access to a safe outside space & being 3, there is the increased financial obligation to consider.
If you are thinking about adopting a trio of trouble, then please do EMAIL us with your full address & a little bit of information about the home you could offer the little family.  Please make initial enquiry via EMAIL, not by telephone. As usual, home check & adoption donation will apply.
